Job summary

Crown ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to lead clinical services and mentor a team of RBTs.

You will develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise staff, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers, and monitor progress to ensure quality outcomes while upholding high clinical standards.

Flexible scheduling with Full-Time (22 hrs/week) or Part-Time options, competitive compensation at $90–$110/hr, and strong professional development support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and managing cases.
