Job summary

Complete Care at Voorhees is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) for the Weekend Baylor schedule. Lead, support, and inspire nursing staff while delivering high-quality resident care on weekends.

Qualifications include an NJ RN license, an Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing, and 2+ years in long-term care or subacute settings. PCC experience preferred; strong teamwork and communication required.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.
• Strong communication and critical thinking to support quality care and teamwork.
• Proficient with PCC data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift, monitoring medications, blood draws, and other patient care tasks.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

• Schedule: 7pm-7am, every other weekend required


• Weekend Baylor: work 24 hours get paid for 32 hours.

Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred


• Utilize effective communication and critical thinking skills to support quality care and team collaboration.


• Demonstrate strong teamwork while supporting colleagues and delivering exceptional resident care.

• Computer knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Responsibilities
