Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, PA is seeking a CNA Certified Nurse Aide for its Baylor Program on the weekend. You will provide high-quality care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and work with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.

The Baylor Program offers increased rates for CNA staff, with shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Join a dynamic, supportive environment at a 142-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CNA certification issued by the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience with geriatric residents is preferred.
• Willingness to work 12-hour weekend shifts (7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.).

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care ensuring well-being and satisfaction.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Maintain accurate records of resident care progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control policies.

About the Role

As a CNA Certified Nurse Aide on our Baylor Program, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality care to residents, including administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet each resident’s unique needs. The Baylor Program offers increased rates for CNA staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
