Job summary

Spring Creek Rehab is hiring Weekend Baylor CNAs to provide compassionate care to residents in a high-quality setting. The role includes weekend shifts with enhanced pay and a quarterly commitment bonus.

Expect direct patient care, mobility assistance, and active participation in care planning. Weekend schedule offers an extra $3 per hour for weekend hours and a structured bonus ladder for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in long-term care setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding patients
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans
