About the CNA Certified Nurse Aide Role

As a CNA Certified Nurse Aide on our Baylor Program, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, including administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Additionally, you will be part of our Baylor Program, which offers increased rates for CNA staff.

CNA Certified Nurse Aide Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care, including direct care to ensure the highest level of well-being and satisfaction
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain accurate and complete records of resident care progress
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated approach to resident care
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and facility policies and procedures
