Aldrich Mansion in Warwick, RI is seeking a reliable Banquet Setup & Cleanup Crew member for weekends. You will help set up event spaces, arrange tables and linens, and ensure a polished look before guests arrive.

This position involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for long periods, cleaning dining areas, and coordinating with catering and event staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and move for extended periods.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience in banquet, hospitality, janitorial, warehouse, or event setup is a plus but not required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Break down event setups and return equipment to storage.
• Sweep and mop dining rooms, bar, dessert room, common areas.
• Remove trash and recyclables and dispose properly.
• Vacuum rugs throughout banquet areas.
• Clean bathrooms, disinfect, restock paper goods.
• Set up banquet rooms per event specs (tables, chairs, linens).
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
• Work with banquet, catering, and event staff to ensure success.
