Three Leaf Catering, VP-UOES-Hospitality & Dining at the University of Notre Dame is seeking a Banquet Captain to deliver exceptional service at campus events. This full-time role supports event clients, campus partners, and university vendors.

You will oversee food and beverage service, coordinate with event specialists, and ensure space readiness and flawless on-site execution. Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is required. Pay is $19.50/hour plus gratuity.

Qualifications

• Available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sundays.
• Capable of managing people and time effectively.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
• Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the smooth execution of food and beverage service throughout the event.
• Review upcoming events and BEOs in the office.
• Coordinate with the event specialist handling the event for clarifications.
• Ensure space is clean and setup is executed flawlessly.
• Maintain constant communication with the client to meet and exceed expectations.
• Manage problems and handle last-minute changes as they arise.
