The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is hiring for a full-time Banquet Server at Three Leaf Catering on campus. The role supports the Hospitality & Dining unit, serving meals, beverages, and guest requests in alignment with Morris Inn standards.

Key responsibilities include setting tables, following event specifications, assisting with setup/teardown, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness throughout service.

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours at a time)
• Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products

Job Description

The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for a full-time Banquet Server at Three Leaf Catering in our campus Hospitality department. The UOES division oversees the University’s event management, hospitality, and customer service functions, while also supporting student life, academic initiatives, research activities, and annual milestone celebrations.

Banquet Server

The Banquet Server will serve food, pour beverages and handle requests of guests in accordance with the Morris Inn methods and service standards.

Additional Information

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr + gratuity
