Flour Craft Bakery in Mill Valley and San Anselmo is seeking a friendly, energetic front of house team member for a part-time role. The position requires availability 8am-4:30pm on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with weekend shifts at both locations.

Prior barista or server experience is preferred and strong English communication is essential. We offer a competitive base wage plus tips, as well as employee discounts, staff meals, medical benefits, paid vacation, and PTO for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• You should be at least 18 years old with previous barista and/or server experience.
• Availability 8a-430p on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays each week.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; customer-facing.
• Bi-lingual/multi-lingual a plus.
