Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Georgia Distribution Center, overseeing automated operations with focus on service levels, quality, and cost efficiency. The AGM steers labor, safety, and performance in a 24/7 automated DC environment, reporting to the DC leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in automated warehousing, and a track record of delivering results in distribution operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management or related field preferred.
• 10+ years experience in automated warehouse operations with leadership in distribution.
• Advanced proficiency with Manhattan WMS and technologies like RF Receiving, Pick-to-Light and Put-to-Light.

Responsibilities

• Choreograph efficiency with production planning to synchronize merchandise processing and shipments.
• Keep the rhythm by managing labor levels to match production needs.
• Lead with inspiration by developing your team and cultivating collaboration.
• Safety First by championing OSHA compliance and building a safe workplace.
