Job summary

Marathon Electric LLC in Wausau, WI is seeking a General Assembly Technician for a weekend shift. You will work with a team to assemble large motors and generators per customer specifications, with safety and quality as priorities.

The role requires good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow work instructions and documentation. This full-time weekend schedule runs Friday through Sunday, 5am–5pm, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend established procedures for safety, quality and assembly.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.
• Experience as an assembler in a manufacturing setting is desirable.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Insert, connect, test, coil wind, and insulation cut.
• Perform assembly using hand and small power tools.
• Review work instructions and set up instructions for processes.
• Verify part numbers and complete necessary documentation.
