Marathon Electric LLC in Wausau, WI is seeking a General Assembly Technician for the 1st shift to join the Connect Test Team. You will assemble large motors and generators to customer specifications with safety and quality as top priorities.

Responsibilities include reading procedures, using hand and small power tools, and completing necessary paperwork. Benefits include 401(k), health and dental insurance, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow procedures for safety, quality and assembly.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.
• Experience as an assembler in manufacturing preferred.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Insert, connect, test, coil wind and insulation cut for assemblies.
• Assemble motors and generators to customer specs with safety and quality focus.
• Review work instructions and verify part numbers for correct materials.
• Complete documentation for parts and processes and report deviations.
