Qualifikationen

• Ability to read and comprehend established procedures for safety, quality and general assembly.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.
• Proven experience as an assembler in a general manufacturing setting.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Aufgaben

• Insert, connect, test, coil wind, and insulation cut.
• Perform sometimes complex assembly processes using tools.
• Review work instructions, basic prints and setup instructions.
• Verify part numbers on parts and materials to be used in assembly.
• May require workstation setup for staging material kits and basic machine settings.
• Check work for defects with visual inspection and measurement equipment.
• Notify lead of deviations to ensure defects are corrected before next step.
• Complete all necessary documentation for parts/processes.
