Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required for Assembly III; Assemblies I–II have similar baseline education.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and schematics.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assembly tasks per instructions, ensuring quality and adherence to tolerances.
• Assist in training other employees in assembly processes.
• Lead problem solving and implement countermeasures as needed.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-training across assembly areas.
