Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking Assembly Workers for a leading manufacturer just outside Detroit Lakes, MN. You will build small components using diverse tools, machines, robots, and automation equipment, and read basic schematics to meet production goals.

The role offers a weekend schedule (Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pm) with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, and temp-to-hire opportunities with pay increases after conversion. No assembly experience is required.

• 16 years old or older.
• Reliable transportation (no public transportation at this location).
• Available to work weekend shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00am - 6:30pm.
