Job summary

Senior Resource Group is seeking a Med Aide to support residents in Solana Beach, CA. The role includes medication delivery, ADL assistance, and daily living tasks with weekend shifts available.

Requires CNA or equivalent, First Aid/ CPR certification, and state certifications. You will document in Yardi EHR and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality resident care.

Hourly pay ranges from $23 to $27 per hour depending on experience, for full-time schedules including weekends.

Qualifications

• CNA or experienced caregiver required.
• First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Completion of state regulatory certifications and ongoing training.
• Six-month experience in a related position.
• Experience with Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and assisting with medications as prescribed to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Documenting medications given and/or not given in eMAR.
• Communicate changes in medication orders to the Resident, Healthcare Providers, Family/POA, and Director/Nurse.
• Observing and documenting changes in resident conditions in Yardi EHR progress notes.
• Maintaining a clean and organized medication room and completing narcotic counts.
• Responding to resident pendant calls and assisting with ADLs as needed.
