Senior Resource Group-SRG is seeking a compassionate CNA or experienced caregiver to assist residents in our senior living communities. You will help with medication delivery, daily living activities, and monitoring resident conditions, while documenting changes in Yardi EHR and keeping the medication area organized.

The role requires First Aid/CPR certification, state regulatory credentials, and experience with relevant health tech tools.

Formación

• CNA or experienced caregiver required.
• First Aid/CPR certified.
• Completion of state regulatory certifications and ongoing training.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with resident medication delivery and management.
• Support activities of daily living and observations of resident conditions.
• Document and report changes in resident status using EHR (Yardi) and logs.
• Maintain medication room and assist with narcotic counts and audits.
• Respond to resident pendant calls and assist with ADLs as per service plan.
