Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a part-time Weekend Cashier at the Columbia Airport location. The role requires courteous interactions, accurate cash handling and the ability to manage various parker types, such as tenants, visitors, and employees.

Responsibilities include collecting fees, giving correct change, answering parking questions, and maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure. High school diploma or GED preferred; parking experience is a plus. Flexible weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience is required.
• Customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Parking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and great customer service.
• Collect the parking fees and provide correct change.
• Understand and know how to handle different types of parkers (tenants, visitors, employees, administration, etc).
• Answer customer service questions concerning parking and general inquiries, refer to supervisor when applicable.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
• Demonstrates the ability to seek improvement.
• Field additional duties if assigned.
