LAZ Parking is hiring a Cashier at the Columbia Airport location. The role requires greeting customers, handling cash, and ensuring accurate change and parking transactions. Shifts run Saturdays and Sundays 8am–4:30pm with flexibility preferred.

Ideal candidates will be dynamic, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced, unsupervised environment. High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory. Parking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience is required.
• Customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Parking experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and great customer service.
• Collect the parking fees and provide correct change.
• Understand and know how to handle different types of parkers (tenants, visitors, employees, administration).
• Answer customer service questions concerning parking in a courteous, professional manner, referring questions to the supervisor when applicable.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
• Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement.
• Field additional duties if assigned.

Position:Cashier

Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays 8am-4:30pm but flexibility preferred!!

Location: Columbia Airport

Hourly Rate: $12.00/HR

The Spirit of the Position:

The Cashier is the front line personnel responsible for greeting, engaging and interacting with all customers entering and exiting the facility. The position requires cash handling, making correct change, monitoring transactions, etc. for the Columbia Airport.

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
• Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
