Job summary

Qualifications

• Direct experience working in manufacturing.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement assembly methods for aircraft.
• Plan and create work instructions for optimal assembly.
• Use Lean Six Sigma tools for continuous improvement.

Skills

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Hands-on experience building and fixing things

Experience with CAD design - 3DX/CATIA preferred

Experience with ERP system tools – PLEX
