Brentwood Place Two in Dallas is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage admission guidelines, market programs, collect applicant information, screen applicants, and complete the admissions process while resolving resident concerns during transitions to the center.

The role focuses on developing census and quality mix by informing prospective residents, families, and referral sources with accurate information and assistance, and handling inquiries with precision.

Formación

• College degree preferred.
• Sales experience in health care services or pharmaceuticals desirable.
• Familiarity with long-term care and health care services useful.
• Presents professional image through appearance, behavior and speech.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains admissions guidelines and participates in updating admissions criteria, policies and procedures.
• Markets programs and facilities by providing information and conducting tours for prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
• Handles inquiries and completes inquiry system for admissions, Medicare facts and room rates; gathers nursing information from discharge system.
• Ensures financial verification is accurate before admission to assist in reducing accounts receivable.
• Screens prospective residents against admission criteria; refers residents to other programs as needed.
• Resolves dissatisfactions by investigating concerns and recommending policy changes.
• Maintains knowledge of served markets, resident origin, and major referral sources.
• Assists with census development by contacting referral sources.
• Manages incoming inquiries as needed; uses clinical inventory to evaluate admission suitability.
• Meets families to sign paperwork and records resident information; inspects rooms prior to admission; supports morning kick-off meeting.
• Sell private transition days to current residents.
• May assist Administrator in contacting families post-admission to determine satisfaction.
