Job summary

Texas NeuroRehab Center is seeking an Admissions Representative for weekend shifts (7a-7p, Sat & Sun) to ensure timely processing of inquiries and referrals. You will coordinate referrals and admissions, communicating with families, staff, and treatment teams to secure smooth admissions.

The role requires verifying benefits, inputting data into internal systems, obtaining consents, and maintaining accurate admission paperwork across touchpoints. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize, work well under periodic stress and pressures.
• Demonstrates an understanding of funding entities.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Verifies insurance benefits.
• Input referrals and admissions into proper internal systems. Communicate with treatment team regarding patient’s condition prior to admission.
• Obtain consents and admission paperwork from patient and/or family/caregiver.
