Qualifications

• Sales experience in health care services, products or pharmaceuticals is desirable.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Admissions Director in developing census and quality mix by providing information to prospective residents or responsible parties.
• Handle inquiries via walk-ins or phone, document inquiries, and follow up with case managers or referrals.
• Conduct tours of the center and collect contact information for follow-up; support community outreach events as assigned.
• Coordinate admissions processes and ensure timely presentation of admission agreements; maintain confidentiality and compliance.
