You will help plan, implement, and tailor programs within the Petals Memory Care initiative, fostering meaningful connections and joy for residents.

The role requires a love of seniors, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Demonstrated enthusiasm and positive rapport with residents, team members, and families.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and weekends, as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of their choice which may include group activities and/or personal engagements.
