Job summary

Textron Aviation in Indianapolis is seeking an Experienced A&P Mechanic for the weekend shift to perform licensed maintenance, repairs, overhaul, and troubleshooting on Textron Aviation aircraft at the Indianapolis Service Center.

Qualifications include High school education, an A&P license (or eligible via DD214), and 2+ years of jet/turboprop experience. Must obtain an airport security badge; sign‑on bonus up to $15,000 applies.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• A&P license required or eligible via DD214 review.
• 2+ years of jet/turboprop maintenance experience preferred; 5 years ideal.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Airport Security Badge.

Responsibilities

• Perform licensed A&P maintenance, repairs, overhaul, and troubleshooting on Textron Aviation aircraft.
• Diagnose, disassemble, rework, repair, reassemble and adjust aircraft systems for flight readiness.
• Conduct turbine engine troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and run-ups.
• Install service bulletins and kits; perform 100 hour and annual inspections per FAR 43.
• Tow/move aircraft and assist in cleaning parts during repair and assembly.
