Job summary

Platinum Surgery Center is hiring a RN PreOp/PACU to provide high-quality nursing care for patients recovering from anesthesia in an outpatient setting. The role may include assisting physicians in procedure rooms and ensuring patient safety from admission through discharge.

The center seeks an RN with current state licensure, BLS/ACLS (PALS if required), and 2 years PACU or critical care experience. Strong communication and nursing judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (or eligible)
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS if required by the center
• 2 years of PACU or Critical Care experience preferred
• Ability to exercise nursing judgment and prioritize workload
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity and quality nursing care for patients emerging from general anesthesia or sedation
• Assist physicians in procedure rooms with tasks and sterile technique as needed
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care from admission to discharge readiness
