Job summary

United Surgical Partners International is looking for a skilled RN PACU to provide quality nursing care in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role involves caring for patients recovering from anesthesia, ensuring safety, comfort, and privacy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS if required by the center.
• 2 years experience in PACU or Critical Care preferred.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity and quality nursing care for all patients.
• Evaluate the patient's condition and ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist physicians in procedure rooms and utilize sterile techniques.
• Care for patients emerging from anesthesia and prepare for discharge.
