Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Millis, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care. We offer 20 to 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling, including first and second shifts, weekday and weekend options, and both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, following care plans, and reporting changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Experience in caregiving or home care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, patient, and able to work independently in clients' homes.
