Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is urgently seeking compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Northbridge, MA to help clients maintain comfort, safety, and independence at home. We offer flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time opportunities and a range of shifts to fit your availability.

All caregivers provide personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship, with immediate hiring needs in Northbridge. Weekly pay and a variety of shift lengths support work–life balance for dedicated professionals.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home.
• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
