You will assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinate with a care team, and maintain comprehensive medical records in EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Active state NP license.
• Current NP national board certification.
• Active state DEA licensure.
• MSN degree.

Responsibilities
