University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner for a full-time position in Forest Hill, MD. The role focuses on coordinating medical care, health screening, and education for adult patients within Harford Primary Care.

The ideal candidate will have current Maryland NP licensure and completion of an accredited NP program, with a physician-APP agreement approved by the Maryland Board of Nursing. Monday–Friday, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Current Maryland Nurse Practitioner license (adult, geriatric, or family).
• Satisfactory completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a practicing-physician written agreement approved by the Maryland Board of Nursing.
• Ideal candidate will have prior experience in a primary care setting.

• Coordinate and provide medical care, health screening, and education to Harford Primary Care's adult patients.
• Perform traditional outpatient duties as part of a collaborative team.
• Work in a physician and APP friendly environment with a balanced schedule.
• Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays and a manageable shared call rotation.
• Prior experience in primary care is preferred.
