University of Maryland Shore Regional Health in Easton, Maryland seeks a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care NP to join our team. The role emphasizes patient-centered care across the lifespan in a collaborative setting.

The NP will perform exams, order tests, develop care plans, educate patients and families, and coordinate with physicians and the health care team to ensure safe, evidence-based care. A Master of Science in NP, state NP and RN licenses, and BLS are required.

Formación

• Master of Science degree in NP program
• Current NP licensure in the state
• Current RN licensure in the state
• Current BLS certification
• DEA and CDS eligibility
• Experience preferred, not required

Responsabilidades

• Performs medical examinations and evaluations, diagnoses, treatment and follow-up.
• Orders, obtains and interprets diagnostic tests.
• Designs and documents treatment plans including prescriptions.
• Collaborates with physicians and health care team on care plans.
• Provides patient and family education related to plan of care and medications.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality per guidelines.
