USPI Doctors United Surgery Center in Pasadena, TX is seeking a PreOp Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced ASC. The RN provides perioperative care using the nursing process and the medical plan of care, ensuring safe, patient-family centered care.

Experience in Orthopedics, ENT, General, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry, Urology is valued. The role reports to Peri-operative Services management and requires weekday scheduling with some evenings.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted state license.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1–3 years of PreOP/PACU experience; ASC experience preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-family centered perioperative care.
• Support a fast-paced ASC with various surgical specialties.
