Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc., in partnership with Intermountain Health, is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse for Same Day Surgery. This role supports pre-op, PACU, and post-op care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

You must hold an RN license, BLS and ACLS, with prior SDS experience. Expect collaborative planning, patient education, and efficient care delivery while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• ACLS Certification.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in Same Day Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Assesses physical, social and psychological status and information from team.
• Develops individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Directs care with the interdisciplinary team and coordinates resources.
• Evaluates patient response and revises the plan as needed.
• Maintains documentation and adheres to licensure standards.
