Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent degree.
• Current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

• Leadership experience is preferred for Senior PT candidates.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and make clinical adjustments when needed.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Promote patient independence and quality outcomes.
• For Senior PT candidates: additional responsibilities may include supporting clinical initiatives, mentoring team members, and contributing to overall therapy program development.
