Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
• Maryland PT license active.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans of care.
• Provide skilled therapy interventions based on patient needs and goals.
• Treat patients across short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings.
• Monitor functional progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on mobility, exercises, and safety.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the care team.
