Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional residential handyman, remodeling, carpentry, maintenance, or home-repair experience.
• Ability to independently assess, plan, and complete a broad range of residential repairs.
• Comfortable performing minor, non-licensed plumbing and electrical work.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate projects and determine repair solutions.
• Discuss options and expectations with homeowners.
• Coordinate materials with customer and office as needed.
• Keep customers and office informed during the project.
• Document completed work, notes, photos, receipts, and materials.
