You will travel to residential properties to handle a variety of repairs from carpentry to tiling, with emphasis on quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The company handles marketing, scheduling, and billing so you can focus on your craft.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in carpentry or residential remodeling.
• Broad hands-on skills across carpentry, drywall, tiling, painting, plumbing, and electrical.
• Reliable work vehicle (truck or van) with your own tool set.
• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, customer-first attitude.
• Nice-to-haves: strong estimation skills for materials and labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of residential repairs and maintenance including carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, plumbing and electrical.
• Assess projects on-site, explain scope to customers, provide accurate estimates when needed.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and ensure repairs are durable and visually appealing.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to understand needs and keep them informed.
• Manage daily schedule and material pickups to keep projects on track.
