Job summary

Ace Handyman Services is seeking an experienced Craftsman to work directly with residential and light commercial customers. You’ll focus on quality repairs while we handle scheduling, marketing, and billing. This full-time, W-2 role lets you run your own jobs with support from a professional office team.

You bring hands-on skills, own tools, a valid license, and a customer-friendly approach. Expect stable, year-round work with uniforms, safety gear, a company vehicle, and more as part of a team

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in home maintenance, remodeling, carpentry, or related trade.
• Own standard hand and power tools for multi-trade work.
• Reliable, professional vehicle to transport tools and materials.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Explain scope of work to homeowners and manage on-site repairs.
• Complete repairs safely and efficiently across multiple trades.
• Run and organize jobs with support from dispatch and office teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace on every site.
