Job summary

Ace Handyman Services Traverse City is seeking a skilled Craftsman to join our team. You will travel to residential and commercial jobs, perform small-to-mid-sized repairs, and discuss solutions directly with customers.

This is a W-2, full-time role with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, no weekends, and a company-supported environment with a vehicle and tool allowances. You’ll be empowered to deliver quality work and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, plumbing, tile, and electrical work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for timely resolutions.
• Excellent communication, able to explain repairs to homeowners and managers.
• Presentable, customer-first attitude and professional appearance.
• Own basic tools and knowledge of required tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to scheduled residential and commercial jobs to complete small-to-mid-sized home improvement projects.
• Assess repair needs, discuss solutions with customers, and perform work efficiently and cleanly.
• Identify potential safety or maintenance issues and offer to address them.
