Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls to assist customers with their orders.
• Create quotes and contracts for rental, catering, and/or bartending orders.
• Enter new orders into the schedule and remove rentals from inventory.
• Fill information into sub-contractor contracts after customers book and send to sub-contractors to book inventory.
• Update orders for customers as requested leading up to their event.
• Finalize details for events booked within two weeks of the event date.
