Suite Living Senior Care Inc is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for two Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties, across Vadnais Heights and nearby location.

You will collaborate with caregivers and leadership to deliver safe, compassionate care, maintain documentation, and support memory-care residents, with growth opportunities in a supportive, family-oriented

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Preferred: Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments.
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team.
• Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans.
• Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Mentor and support caregivers and new staff.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
