Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Memory Care to work 7pm-7am in our Frankfort, KY facilities. You will provide compassionate care, monitor resident health, administer medications as prescribed, and coordinate with RN staff to maintain a secure and dignified living environment for seniors.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a can-do attitude, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in applicable state and CPR certification.
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
• Take initiative and guide RA and CNA staff.
• Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident’s care plan.
• Make resident safety a daily priority.
• Continually assess, record, and document resident health and monitor for concerns.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
