Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care across two nearby Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

This full-time position features a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties, and involves local travel betweenLocation A and Location B within a short distance. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.
• We are happy to train the right candidate with a passion for senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments.
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to the care team.
• Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans.
• Support residents with memory loss through patience, empathy, and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Mentor and support caregivers and new staff.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
