Alternate Solutions Home Health Columbus is seeking a compassionate STNA/CNA to provide in-home care under a nurse's supervision in Columbus, OH. You will be part of a caring team dedicated to safe, comfortable visits that support patients at home.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, toileting, meal assistance, light housekeeping, safe transfers, and observing changes in condition. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid STNA credential are required; drivers license and 12 hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) credential or completion of a 75-hour nurse aide program.
• One year of verifiable nurse aide experience under RN supervision.
• Ability to safely perform hands-on care, including lifting, transferring, and bathing.

Responsabilités

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.
• Help with meals, laundry, and light housekeeping as needed.
• Support safe transfers, walking, and prescribed exercises.
• Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions.
• Complete visit documentation within 24 hours.
