Job summary

Twin Angels Home Care in Columbus, OH is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/STNA to join our in-home care team. You will provide personalized support, help clients with daily activities, and maintain a safe, clean home environment while offering emotional support to clients and families.

We value reliability, strong communication, and a caring, patient demeanor. Prior HHAs/CNAs are preferred; a valid STNA in Ohio is required or strongly preferred, with flexibility for evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Must have STNA certification in Ohio.
• Experience as Home Health Aide/CNA preferred.
• Requires reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and document client health status; report changes to supervising staff.
• Provide mobility assistance and support with transfers and positioning.
