Job summary

Twin Angels Home Care in Columbus, OH is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/STNA to join our growing care team. You will provide in-home support to clients to help them maintain independence and quality of life.

Preferred Ohio STNA certification; CNA or caregiver experience encouraged. Strong communication, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to client homes in Columbus area required; flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• STNA certification in Ohio preferred.
• Prior Home Health Aide/CNA experience encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Columbus area.
• Strong communication and a patient, compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning support
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed treatment plans
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
