Job summary

Right at Home in Medford, OR is seeking a Weekday Caregiver to provide compassionate, in-home support that helps seniors live safely and independently.

You will assist with personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility support, and documentation using our mobile app, while coordinating with our office team.

Qualifications

• Background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID are required.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Caregiving experience (CNA, PCA, HHA or similar) welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Following individual care plans and documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
• Communicating effectively withouroffice team.
