Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a Weekday Caregiver to provide compassionate, in-home support enabling seniors and vulnerable adults to live safely and independently at home in the Rogue Valley (Medford, Ashland, Eagle Point, and nearby areas).

You will perform personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility support, safety supervision, and daily care notes using our mobile app, with strong emphasis on communication with the office team.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Ensure safety and document daily care notes via app.
• Communicate with office team.
