Job summary

Right at Home in Oregon is seeking a Weekday Caregiver to provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities, helping them maintain independence with dignity.

You’ll assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility support, and safety supervision while documenting notes in our app.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Build relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Ensure safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Follow individual care plans and document daily care notes using the mobile app.
• Communicate effectively with the office team.
